Last night I was gifted with the honor of bringing in the new year with some of my personal Bitcoin heroes, those who had a meaningful impact on my btc journey. Firstly, I want to thank @saylor for the invite. I couldn't believe he actually knew my name, went out of his way to meet me and enthusiastically expressed how powerful he thought my bitcoin content was. It literally made my night, maybe even my year.  @stacyherbert and of course @maxkeiser were amongst the first Bitcoin influencers (I hate that word) I listened to back in 2018. I wouldn't be a bitcoiner today without them. I was moved by how kind and gracious she was with me. She's even more elegant and beautiful in person. @Excellion, for me, is like a rock star. This made his humility and sense of genuine appreciation that I wanted a picture with him make him that much taller and grander in my mind. I love the work he's doing.  Speaking of tall, Bitcoiners in general are like giants to me. My goodness. It must be the high stacks of btc they are standing on. I felt like a pee-wee mixing with these giants. I have to get my btc stack higher, it seems. But, I digress. I've listened to countless hours of content from and by @americanhodl8. I always felt through the screen that he would be someone I'd relate to like a brother. I'm not sure why, but I was right. We vibed like we knew each other long before last night. @Croesus_BTC rocked my world a number of years back, sending me even deeper down the rabbit hole and I stayed motivated during all phases of the btc cycle with the priceless podcasts put out by @PrestonPysh. @BTCsessions has probably been more instrumental in helping me secure my bitcoin than anyone on Earth. I'm so fortunate to have connected with him and his content early in my btc journey, and as a result, I've never lost a single satishi or made a mistake with anything bitcoin related over the last 5 years.  @tomerstrolight and his work has sent me into the stratosphere with my thoughts too many times to count. His book, “Why Bitcoin?” sits on my night table in clear view and is often picked up for bitcoin inspiration.  Speaking of books, @edstromandrew has written one of my go to audiobooks while doing treadmill work. I never thought I'd see more passion for bitcoin on display in a conversation, but I did last night though him.  @pete_rizzo_ I consider one of my most valuable resources for Bitcoin history. If you don't know where you've come from, you can't know where you're going. He makes sure I know where I'm going. I finally met my “walking” guru @DzambhalaHODL and the rest of the @swan team, including @CitizenBitcoin, who's daily doses of Bitcoin content help keep me going and @Bquittem who took me to another dimension and made me realize that Bitcoin is a pioneer species.  To all those I missed, I know I have missed some, please know it was the tequila. It has nothing to do with you. I truly appreciate you all. I don't ever attend these industry events. They are just not for me, and likely never will, but I'm so very glad I chose to attend this one and I'm honored to have been invited.  To all bitcoiners around the world, I wish you a happy new year and may 2025 be the very best year of your entire lives. 🙏🏾 Stack harder!

Blended avocado. Soft. Healthy fat first will extend the health benefits of the fast. Half an avacado with an egg or two, any style an hour and a half later with one or two eggs any style. An hour later a fatty cut of protien: Ribeye, salmon, etc. Adding fermented items like sauerkraut, kimchi or kefir with any or all of these steps will feed the good bacteria in your gut. If you eat vegetables, they must be cooked or steamed. Raw will be to hard on the digestive system. Small on day one is key. Hope this helps.

I actually miss you bozos. 🤦🏾 But, no I'm not coming back. Just don't stop stacking. As long as some bigger bozo than you is willing to give you their btc for paper dollars, do it. That won't last forever, but as long as it does, make that trade. And never sell it. I mean NEVER.
