@ian_m_greenwood @CHAIRRDRF Really sad. Language-wise it's unlikely deliberate, more a convention. Beyond this, a quick google search shows the same language repeated across titles... the wording came from elsewhere. That's why my most recent work focused on 'blue light' comms

@CommunityFibre Your service is a living nightmare. I tried to set up an account ahead of moving house, and you cut off the current residents a month too early and have been gaslighting both of us ever since, claiming to each the other one needs to act to fix it. Almost two weeks now of this!

@Cyclefree2 I heard this - a friend was once a professional singer and told me she sang to some cows on holiday, who came right up to listen, so cool Her step kids tried it but they were basically yelling. The cows were less keen, apparently 😆

I was on Talk TV recently with Ian Collins, talking about the state of the roads... I initially thought I was on a different show and Ian thought my book was about potholes, but somehow we ended up with an entertaining and hopefully informative chat
