Let's have a referendum in England to answer the question of whether we, particularly those in London and the South East, should continue to fund the Scottish parish council, or just set them free to fund themselves.
Make no mistake, this would be a full scale assault on devolution - a blatant move to erode the powers of the Scottish Parliament in key areas. If the Tories want to further boost support for independence, this is the way to do it.

There is absolutely ZERO justification for imposing quarantine on travellers to the Spanish Islands. They have far better infections rates than alot of the UK. It leaves 100,000s uninsured, unable to travel yet can't get a refund, and it is bloody ruinous to the economy.
