@AMahajanMD @acweyand Totally agree--another solution may be a 'modifier' to the codes that allow that recognizes the cognitive demand associated with rare and complex patients. This would ideally provide more RVUs per patient and lower the overall patient expectation for academic clinicians.

Big/wonderful news! Neuro-immunology announced that they will have a fellowship match starting with the 2023 application cycle (current PGY2s). This will promote equity and fairness, and should be a huge win for residents. 1/3 @NMatch2023 @meded #neurology
