@alandrummond2 Living on the Rideau sounds wonderful. In high school I thought I’d end up in Vancouver but yes as a grownup I didn’t want all my assets tied into a house in an earthquake zone. Rural life is better anyways.

@alandrummond2 Saskatchewan was beautiful last time I was there. Wish I actually spent more time there, particularly the northern shield (that’s also some of the best parts of Ontario) We live in a beautiful country.

@MichaelSFuhrer Anecdotally similar here. I have had swabs positive for H3N2, H1N1 and influenza b all in a very short time - usually these occur at different point in the season. Doesn’t really gel with those theories of viral interference. Interesting to contemplate though.

@GurdeepPandher This makes far more sense than the 51st state suggestion. After all it was them that made a colossal error on July 4, 1776. . . Not us!

@Dannica_Switzer I can totally commiserate living in a part of the world that gets roughly 10 m of snow and routinely has transportation issues. (Btw at the least do you ever get to tour up those hills near wawa? Seems like by far the best skiing opportunity in Ontario!)

@alandrummond2 Also seriously. . . One of the experiences in my youth that got me hooked on the Canadian was canoeing the Tay river in Lanarl county. Suspect there’s some great experience for you to have closer to home. The Canadian Outdoors is awesome!

@KimGLiebowitz Illigal immigrants across the border from Canada?!?! Cripes - there is more illegal inmigration flow northward than southward. We are also not a source of fentanyl. Stop believing remarkably stupid cowplop.

@alandrummond2 What’s funny is I had forgotten that bill passed, even after celebrating when it happened. What’s not funny is that this is a tricky issue beyond increasing penalties. Agree with your suggestions.

@Kapur_AK @petrosoniak @CAEP_Docs @alandrummond2 You know - I only now remember that. Which is funny, because I pushed for it before it passed, and then celebrate when it happened. Lol. Apologies.
