Wrong decision. We know that large and crowded environments increase the spread of the virus. It is still present and causing serious illness and death; health passes are available and relatively straightforwards to implement.

Agreed. A passport based only on vaccination status would be deeply unfair, and counterproductive. A health pass integrating test status too, along with mass testing, could vastly reduce the risks of lifting lockdown for many more people

On vaccine passports, can we just agree that discriminating against people *because they are not vulnerable*, having kept them inside for a year to protect people who *are* vulnerable and continuing to do so once the vulnerable are protected, makes a mockery of civil liberties?

@InstituteGC we have argued that a digital health pass is a valuable tool to limit the spread of #COVID19 as we lift restrictions. Now @ianmulheirn & @DavidJBritto have shown how valuable: 25-33% reduction in cases, 6-12k lives saved. Time to move past the politics & do it.
