“Women are 50% more likely than men to leave IntCard…a disparity unmatched... factors (include) gender stereotypes in IntCard, including the lack-of-fit phenomena or perception of women in a male dominated field, discrimination, and harrasment.”

Important information for patients making decisions about their care.
Study (N=777K; 2016-2019) finds male and female patients had lower mortality rates when treated by female physicians. The benefit of receiving care from female physicians was larger for female patients. @AMiyawaki38
