@MyJSCAI @JohnAFryMD @ekgpdx @jason_wollmuth Great to see a name given to this procedure. When we use this procedure, after Impella removal, we cinch down this Perclose and then, the vascular access site is reduced to ~7-8 Fr, which can be closed easily with a second Perclose.
