Finally got the Van cleared out… let’s put this one on the road Thursday. Each Van from here on out, have to net me a minimum of $8k. It felt good not sitting in front of a computer today… Being outside makes me feel alive.

I have survived the second round of the Google my business sweep. No reviews taken off of my account. 1 location is still a 4.7 & the second location is 5 stars… Until next year Google… This is like the squid games… But i made it through…

Purchased my first company van today… It’s not much… But it’s a start, i can’t wait to clean it this weekend with my baby boy 👦

5 day a week cleaning 10,000 sqft $4500 per month Day care.. secured 🙏🏾 And we just finished a cleaning for a property management client and loved our work. Wants to give us all of his single family turnovers. I’m glad I’m back in the cleaning business 100%

I know this ad copy is going to print… When i lock in for one hour to write the perfect ad copy… I know it’s a winner regardless of the creative… Headline Hook Body Before/after photos Facebook ads do work for 🧼 companies… Just not generic ones..

Two cleanings today: Post construction at a new Dior store in Dallas. Recurring client in San Antonio Tomorrow sitting down to see if I can buy one more business in DFW. Feels amazing to be fully back into the cleaning space.

Working on another cleaning business acquisition. This one is in DFW , so that will give me: 2 DFW locations 1 San Antonio 1 NJ

I love being a father… It literally is the biggest flex any man can have…

@LoganARobison @theownerop I’m going to say going all in on Airbnb cleanings was not a good idea… Not sure your market, but in the 3 markets I’m in… they are all awful 😅😅 I avoid them like a plague

@pjmcgeary @DIBookkeeping If you only paid them through stripe your good! I pay a mixture between Zelle, ach, and stripe. So I have to send the 1099 NEC. But if you’re paying solely through digital payment (credit cards, etc) you should be good with just stripe sending the 1099k

@pjmcgeary Haha it is a pain in the ass for sure. So the person i bought a cleaning business from is using Gusto to pay his cleaners. Apparently they handle all payroll including sending 1099’s at the end of the year. I’ll look into it more and lyk for future reference
