4 MD and DC teams on this list that are about an hour from each other.
We’ll compete hard against one another, but it’s cool to appreciate the big picture of what this area is doing for the game.
Need to start charging people to watch these two hit.
@JacobHauk2024
and
@DanLeikus
putting on a laser show last night.
Excited to see these guys compete against each other this year!
One axial vertical disassociated aerial, one large vertical associated aerial, two workhorses.
Great look at
@OU_Softball
chest protector and the blue, vertical tape on it which helps the pitcher’s CNS.
Blue = breathing preference
Vertical = matches preferred brain organization
Simple tool to help pitchers focus and reset when needed

All elite players, all VERY different movers. 2 with high HSS, 2 without. 1 on his heels, 3 on the balls of their feet. 2 with scap load, 2 without. Most importantly-4 loud barrels.

Congratulations to Antonio Perrotta for receiving the 2023 Futures League Adam Keenan Award!
The Adam Keenan Award is given to a player who exemplifies outstanding attitude, character, sportsmanship, and scholarship. Congratulations, Antonio! Well deserved!
Vertical/Associated Aerial feel off lefty sliders ≈93 mph
Tendency is to crash, swing horizontal and pronate.
Focuses are breathing in, loading up, and spinning behind the front side.
Those around Chris Hacopian call him special. They call him different, a psycho.
His work ethic and maturity set him apart. He’s a risk-taker who’s always striving for more.
Hacopian's freshman year is just the beginning.

Kicking off the top 10, we take a look at an ultra-projectable 6-6, 220 LB lefty w/ a ton of intrigue at the plate.

Lots of talk on the internet these days about Motor Preferences ;)
Do you prefer your balance more forward or backward (stance, throwing, running)?
Is there one way to walk, run, lift, hit and throw? Optimize or maximize?
Are you training to be symmetrical or asymmetrical?
Isn’t this what separates a good coach from a great one? You can get certified in anything or study your own technique, but the big question is “can you cue it?” You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if no one understands you it doesn’t matter.
I really try to understand what people are saying these days when talking about hitting. Unfortunately I don’t have a clue what they’re saying. If I don’t understand it, will a 10 year old? Maybe they know more 5 syllable words than me. My brain hurts reading posts on hitting.
Have a day ‘24

Jumps ALL over this 3-1 FB and sends a 🚀 LD to left that got out in a hurry.

Richard,
Thank you for posting about our company.
🚨 I am challenging you or anybody to prove scientifically that the CNS (Central Nervous System) controls the multi-joint + the multi-muscle system identically (sequence + intensity) in all players for identical movements!!!
