@AuronMacintyre Watched the ad with disbelief. Like I was watching something from a delusional previous decade.

@mhmck I mean, Putin does want people to stop dying. He is getting tired of trying to find new meat for the grinder

@GaryMarcus Imagine thinking the AC is the only thing broken in this hypothetical car representing the federal government. And then imagine trying to demonize the mechanics dismantling everything wrong so that the car can be fixed.

@chantyfellarina Is that even old school though? Old school NAFO remembers little green men in Crimea

@Austen Everyone is talking about the monkeys ... I'm worried about the diabetes coffee she's choosing to drink ...

@ScottPresler You are single-handedly changing the world. It's been amazing to watch over the past year. I keep telling my friends in PA that they have to reach out to you and offer to help.

@Antunes1 We aren't the party of hate. That guy has done an incredible job and deserves our praise and admiration. Especially because he did it from scratch, with blood, sweat, and discipline.

@Mylovanov While I think we all agree that the spending is for subscriptions to Politico ... I struggle to fathom how any media company could possibly be worth $34,000 / year in subscription fees.

@kayzywizzzy If you do it this way, you're doing it wrong. Initial budget for me is always low. When she proves herself, the budget increases.

There should be some way to make a permanent mark each time an account participates in obviously coordinated false propaganda together with other accounts. You know ... all those instances where hundreds of accounts suddenly have the same thing to say? Something like a follower count ... but a propaganda count.

@RepublicBlog @BasedMikeLee The war has never been about NATO. That'd always been a Russian propaganda thing. It's been about natural gas (see Royal Dutch Shell discovering gas in Crimea and Russia invading shortly after in 2014), rare earth minerals, and Putin's obsession with legacy.

@BasedMikeLee WWIII is already underway. Further, the desire for NATO and/or nukes is entirely reasonable + Ukraine's only legitimate options for real security guarantees.

@BasedMikeLee I mean, it didn't decrease my trust at all. Because I already had none. And the "revelation" is just confirming what we inherently knew. So ... my trust remains at 0.

@colin_fraser Easy. AI is great at data collection and regurgitation, but is incapable of actual thought.

@elonmusk How about trying it out with someone completely unknown, and therefore not already politically pigeon-holed. Plus, I'm an engineer. Engineers are great at pulling at fundamental questions.

@igorsushko A lot of "Ukraine supporters" are actually hopeless political ideology based in the US and unwilling to hear anything bad about Biden (or the left) ... Don't worry about them. They're hopeless anyway. The truth is more important

@_falsi1ke False. My grandfather died more than a decade ago. I still care deeply. No, I don't mourn ... but his impact on me will last until I die, as will my remembrance of him.

I used to think they could be. If I was unattracted to a girl, it never crossed my mind to pursue her. Then, I started to understand that a woman can "cheat" on her man emotionally with a male 'friend' and that doing so significantly impacts her relationship with her partner. As a male, it's hard to understand this idea ... because most of us aren't built in a way where 'emotional cheating' is even a possibility ... but I've seen it happen enough with women that the signs have started to become obvious.
