i’m usually between 12-20k steps without actively going for “walks”. if somewhere i’m going is <45mins walk, i’d rather walk it than use transport
MOST people (everyone?) should really just walk. A lot. 18,000 steps could take 3-4 hours to do in total. Will definitely make an impact if done consistently.

Private healthcare is good for GP and initial triage of minor health concerns, or alternative therapies like physio, osteo, chiro etc.
If you have a serious health concern, you're going to be triaged quicker but then looped back into the same pool of consultants used by the NHS.
