3. Only eat produce the majority of days. If you’re going out to eat, a soup or salad is fine (see what you can cut out I.e dressing, cheese, croutons)

6. Distractions, now that you aren’t stuffing your face you have time to do things. Pursue your hobbies (you won’t be good at them at first so get that out of your head), crochet, draw, read, run, write, play a game, etc.

7. Stop avoiding the scale. I know it’s hard, you’re bloated and constipated. Weigh yourself once a week after your 60 hour fast. You don’t have anymore excuses.

8. Hygiene. Brush your teeth at least once a day, deodorant and perfume is a must. Stop avoiding lotion because it feels gross.

Having a low body fat percentage is nice and all until you weigh more than what you look. I’m 100lbs and look how I looked (if not skinnier) at my lw (94)

@d1etwh0re25 Salads or chocolate/ice cream. Salads are fairly easy to purge but it tastes horrid. Chocolate and/or ice cream is liquify sweet and like a thick thick syrup it’s super gross and hard to get up
