Massive game changed for indie devs. Have one VPS, put all your apps on it. Traffic routed by domain name. Point CloudFlare at the machine. Delete Vercel/cloud/PaaS. Best stack IMHO is SQLite + PHP/NextJS Fast as hell. Cheap as hell to run.

I constantly have funds held in reserve at Stripe for this reason. We go through periods of 0% disruptes then at random 5% in one month. And in 99% of cases it’s because we didn’t refund in 2 hours from the request. It’s dispute fraud basically.

Well that’s good. Almost 800 people came to the site today Honestly I was losing the will during this 4 month dev cycle. Sometimes you need some wins to keep the momentum I know the potential is around $200K per month, but it’s been a hard slog recently Relaxing for 5 mins 😌

Im late to this but I’ll explain exactly why. You built something people don’t want. YC/Altman have explained this simple fact a million times and it’s the advice people avoid the most. “people something people love” yes it requires ungodly effort, luck, perseverance,

Today is the first day, me & my wife discussed leaving the UK 🇬🇧 We actually even considered moving to South Africa. That shows you how bad things have got in the UK. It’s trending in the direction that we’ve actually considered going someone more dangerous now. Because if

Everyone with a laptop should have a course that earns $1,000,000 per year. Sadly, most people think it takes years to build. Here’s the playbook to build a 7-figure course in the next 60 days:

a lot done today: - fixed a lot of annoying bugs - hooked up Facebook Pixel, following @nico_jeannen course - speeded up load times from 1.5s to 600ms - built 90% of zoom in/out for search on deals, it's really enjoyable to use now - lots of painful edge case bugs to fix

Just bought a house and took out a mortgage for £506,000. 5.84%, costs me almost £3k/mo. I really need to make more money now. Nothing like a bit of pressure to get your head back in the game. Plan on launching other products once Dealsourcr churn is down and MRR is up.

Going to do Ayahuasca this weekend in Portugal, I have to quit coffee, go vegan, no sugar, salt or processed foods. The headaches have already begun, but nothing that bad. I’ll let you know what the experience is like. I went through serious trauma last year so hoping it helps
