There's always a profound sense of mystery when the sun comes up in the morning following extreme tragedy.
The continuity feels like an affront to reality, yet the mornings warm glow is an invitation to go on.
In spite of all losses and grief...
We go on.

There wasn't a moment.
It was a gradual lifting of the fog.
A memorable event was when he looked my right in the eyes and lied,
then moments later said, "how did you find out?".

As a victim of narcisistic abuse, I have struggled to find my own voice and come out of fear of being my "self".
I hear people say we all need to be our authentic selves, regardless of other people's opinions or approval.
Donald Trump doesn't
morph himself to please people.

Or, he has valid reasons...

You restored hope when we were home alone, thinking we were all abandoned.
I watched the support rise up as you crossed Canada and it was the most hope I felt in a long time.

He's confident for the same reason as Trudeau.
His agenda is to prove he can be a good puppet and be "selected" for leadership.
If you question him you're racist.
I saw how he manipulated video with that woman in Pickering (I believe) before he became leader.

When I think of how many lies the media and the DNC have told about RFK Jr., I know now I should have realized they were also telling lies about DJT. But somehow I could not see out of my self-imposed bubble and realize that.

A child doesn't have the capacity to handle complex emotions.
They need an adult's help and when that doesn't happen they internalize the feelings towards themselves.

It's the same with mental health.
During COVID-19 it was like they used a master recipe for how to traumatize a global population for generations.
And they hide mental health supports inside of academia and institutions.

Bitterness is poison to the victim and has no effect on the abuser.
Forgiveness isn't absolution of someone else's behavior.
Forgiveness is when someone has healed to the point where they don't want to carry the burden of resentment anymore.

It's never ok to to be verbally/physically abusive. "They provoked it" is no excuse in domestic violence & is not an excuse in public either.
This shows the ugly nature of the aggressive person. His behavior is not someone else's fault.
