There will always be coaches and administrators willing to ignore - or flat out break - state rules to aid the transfer of a talented student-athlete. Believe me I know..:
Due, in part, to the transfer portal in college sports, our member state associations receive an ever-growing number of transfer requests. Transferring schools solely for athletic purposes is not good for high school sports and must be stopped. 🔗

@prostreetcar Yea but it would have increased to likely around $40 million on the new lease and would have been dependable. If you think that is going to earn $100 million to the end of time you don’t know much about the stock market.
