Ran my age in kilometres 🍰 Saw this trend a while back & decided that I'll run 24k on my 24th birthday. We did it :') My friends gifted me the watch bhaaai, wholesome max. (Was surprised at the pace tho, had only paused for 10 min after ~18k) Also, 1st half marathon!

Monday mornings have to be at the top of the list of things I do not like. Anyhow, 🕔 Woke up at 4:45 🏃🏻‍♀️ Ran a sub 35 min 5k 💪🏼 High intensity yoga class 6:30-7:20 Cannot believe there were days when I used to sleep till 9:30 lol If I can do it, you can do it!

Morning ya'll :D Crushed a 10k today 🤙🏼 Loving this phase of going on runs with friends. I saw SO much more of Lal Bagh today that I hadn't seen before & honestly, Lal Bagh >> Cubbon Park 🫢 Ate a 🍌, Idli & 🤏🏼 dosa after the run. A plate of 2 dragon fruits + nuts for brunch.

Keeping track of runs/meals on a platform helps me show up even on days when I don't feel like it. I have a clear short term motivation of maintaining that 'streak'. Sounds shallow to some people? You do you mate :) Anyways, 🍉 for lunch, will prepare khichdi for dinner 😌

@mehtaversed sometimes I do take a 30-40 min nap but didn't take one this week, I work a hectic 9-5 (it's wfh, I don't have to travel), work on personal side projects, prepare 3 meals for myself, clean dishes, maintain my place, talk to my friends/parents -
