I walked today for the first time in 6 weeks! Doctor says everything looks great and I’m on track for a smooth recovery. Still a long journey till I’m back to 100% but I’m so happy to be on my feet again.

The University of Iowa T&F team is the current Indoor and Outdoor Big Ten Champs and I believe it will be a very good fit. I’ve wanted to be a Hawkeye my entire life so for this to be happening is a dream come true. Much love ❤️ and Go Hawks baby!

I hoped I’d never have to learn this lesson but it’s all part of it I guess. Even if you do everything in your power to achieve something, it’s still never guaranteed. Very humbling experience and I will most definitely be a better human for it. ❤️

Had a Tenex procedure a little over a month ago and I feel completely normal but am still not cleared to run for another 7+ weeks. My body feels so good right now from taking it easy and you have no idea how bad I want to run again! Can’t wait to get back into it!!
