This is a misleading but common misinterpretation of the double slit experiment. Particles dont “know” when we are looking at them; rather the act of observation exerts photons,particles, and/or waves that directly act upon the particle or wave and make it act in a certain way.

I do want to note that aircraft carriers are currently good only for power projection. In an actual war I would expect these to be sunk quickly as submarines and missiles have advanced a lot since the last major war.
The future is with submarine drone carriers imo.

It will raise less tax revenue. Everyone, myself included, who have millions of dollars in funds will just move the money out of the country. Luckily in my case I am also an Italian citizen as a backup in case I need to flee, so it really wouldnt effect me.
