How long are they going to keep releasing new versions of the iPhone before they completely stop giving it a numbered name, like is there really going to be an iphone 20?
Today, I've decided to leave a 5-figure salary and work full-time on 😊.
Salary cut: temporary
Building something that I love: priceless

Here's are actionable keyword research tips using

that I've used to find great opportunities, identify underserved niches & scale search traffic w/ mostly high-quality content.
Many asked, so here it is!
A thread 🧵 .
My new flat has a coworking space and a gym.
I time box, so every time I have a 10-min. break I work out, then get back to work 😂.
I now see the appeal of having a gym in the apartment building.
Yay, an article we published last month ranked in position

I need to share more of my work on Twitter, so here's how we've done it with our client. (1/12)
MRR update: We're a little over $26K MRR now. Madness 🥳.
We get $5k through direct transfers and crypto.
We've doubled our MRR since Aug 2020 (prev. at $12K MRR) 💃 .
Compounding growth is real 💪.
$43K MRR (we get $5.5K from bank transfers) 🥳 .
In Nov 2021, our plan was to have $42K MRR by the end of 2022. Very happy we've managed to reach that in April! 🤠
✅ $500K ARR
⬜ $1M ARR (or $83,333 MRR)
Let's gooooooo.
Purely anecdotal, but IMO Google's purge of AI content has begun 💀.
A website I know that's been plagiarising and using AI content has experienced a swift fall in traffic.
It's so painful to look at.
$20k MRR ($16K via Stripe and $5K via transfers)! Very intense year for
@EmbarqueIo
! Most of our growth has been through client referrals.
Very happy if we can grow another 250% for 2022 with our core mission to help startups and bootstrappers scale fast through SEO!
How to market your startup 🚀
1. Cold outreach to get beta testers 👋
2. Validate customers will pay 💰
3. Devise a loyalty campaign to encourage beta testers to talk about your product 🗣
4. Build an audience 📢
5. SEO 🤖
6. CRO 🧪
7. Email marketing 📨
In that order!
Update: $32K MRR (~$4K from Web3 peeps) for
@embarqueio
, my SEO content agency.
Our initial 2022 goal was $40K MRR. Wild that we've gone from $144K to $384K ARR in 6 months.
To 1M ARR 🚀.
Reposted because of faulty arithmetics 😆.
It can be costly, but
@ahrefs
is a freaking moneymaking machine when used right.
I sometimes do keyword research in my spare time to see which niches are underserved.
Bagged my 3rd highest-paying client ever over the weekend -- $13.6K! 🤑
The last 2 weeks have been rough.
We hired a bad actor, and I had my laptop stolen.
This win feels extra rewarding 🥰.
Hi Twitter! I’m back, back! Here’s my 2023 in review.
2023 was one of the worst years of my life. I unexpectedly lost 2 close friends of mine, early in the year and in summer.
One of my friend’s death was on national news, and the only thing I wanted to do was to grieve in
Too many people share “How I got to $500k ARR in 6 months” but don't share how much money they burned to get there.
I’ve probably lost $250k - $300k from silly mistakes. 🫥
April update: $50.9K MRR (w/ direct transfer) 🤑.
Despite a very chaotic month on a personal level and a bad hire that screwed up our ops, I'm glad that we've been making the right moves to accelerate growth 😆.
Couldn't have done this without the team 💗 .

2023 has been one of the hardest years of my life.
I unexpectedly lost two friends I considered family and made bad hiring decisions that crippled growth.
Today, I feel mentally present again and optimistic.
In the past 3 months of 2024, we have been growing steadily.

Anyone else feels like ChatGPT has this subtly “signature” way of writing?
Now that I’ve been reading ChatGPT copies for months, I can tell 8 times out of 10 when something is AI-written.
I noticed it makes punctuation errors very often and tends to write run-on sentences. 🤔
🤑💸 New revenue stream 🤑💸
I've been crowd-investing in weed farms through a platform and just received my first revenue.
Money in: €1,500
Money out: €2,350
Time to scale my investments.
Soooo good 🌿.

Locally is right.
When video games were first a thing, graphics was so intensive they had to make a separate component solely for graphic processing, hence the GPU.
Should be the same thing for AI from now on. A separate piece of equipment JUST for processing AI, like the

Really enjoying Ubud.
Love the nature. A real big change from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok
Might become a yoga coach influencer like every tourist here & leave SEO xx.
Spicy take - I think a portfolio of small bets often stems from a lack of confidence
If you really believe in your startup, you wouldn't be splitting your time
@vivalasia
reading is a form of self-care and what's the ultimate form of self-care than reading a self-help book? i think that's why people love that genre.
After experiencing the horrendous summer slowdown, Sep 2022 ended up being one of our best-performing months ever 🥳.
A bad hire that really screwed up our growth (traumatic), but it finally feels like we're back on the upswing 🤠.
Sometimes there are benefits to staying in a 9-5 while you build your startup
I see a lot of people think they will make $10k MRR just by quitting their job and having extra time
It doesn't work that way
I’m running a 25-people team now (just asked HR lol) & I still feel like we need a lot more hands on-board at times.
No clue how solopreneurs do it.🥲
Huge respect. 💪
Unpopular opinion: if you're not prepared to put in 10 hours/day then the startup life is probably not for you.
It almost can't be avoided if you don't have a big network or lots of capital to start with.
You can only think about work-life balance when your startup picks up 😕
