I’ve been lucky enough to see Sarah present this paper a couple of times. Her approach to endogenizing coming to market is ingenious and provides a neat way to account for dynamic demand without needing to rely on quite difficult existing methods. A lot to learn from this paper!

Many result look at nudges and boosts separately, but few studies directly compare the two directly. My paper does so in a policy setting of first-order importance: flood insurance. See Kousky (2018) for more on flood insurance in the US () 4/13
