@primal_diet u literally cudnt have posted this at a better time. im currently going through a 7 day fast (im day 2). im doing it partially 4 the fat loss but mainly for the decrease in myostatin which almost 2x muscle growth. u partially convinced to stop the fast ( cuz i really want to eat)
