@chrismutchler Great to hear Chris. Best decision I made was getting back in shape after several years of neglecting my health for work. Looking forward to supporting you on the ongoing journey! 💪🏻

Agree with this: “As leaders, we must shift our mindset from “management by visibility” to creating a trust-centric workplace that values results and flexibility.” Remote work is in my experience is perfectly suited to “A Players” who a self motivated and highly efficient. If I can’t trust a member of my team, then they won’t remain a member of the team. Work/Life balance is critical and WFH helps achieve this. Team building events and occasional onsite days are also important but RTO 5 days a week will just guarantee companies lose A players. #RTO #CEO #Leadership
🚫 Rethinking Return-to-Office 🚫 In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, it's time technology companies reconsider the push for Return-to-Office (RTO) mandates. While many leaders argue that in-person presence boosts productivity and collaboration, the reality is far more complex. Rigid RTO policies can be detrimental, not just to employee morale but also to overall organizational effectiveness. Here’s why: 1️⃣ Short-Term Focus: Many executives are myopically fixated on visibility, overlooking the long-term impacts on employee engagement. Forcing high performers back into the office can lead to increased attrition, particularly among those with caregiving responsibilities. 2️⃣ Cultural Consequences: RTO mandates can erode trust and innovation. A culture that prioritizes face time over results stifles creativity and ownership, key drivers in tech environments. 3️⃣ Embracing Flexibility: Companies that successfully integrate hybrid work models demonstrate that productivity can thrive outside traditional office walls. It’s about outcomes, not hours logged. As leaders, we must shift our mindset from “management by visibility” to creating a trust-centric workplace that values results and flexibility. 🌟 Let’s champion a future where employees are empowered to excel, no matter where they choose to work. The success of our organizations depends on embracing adaptability and fostering a culture of trust. What’s your take on RTO? Let’s discuss! 💬 #FutureOfWork #Leadership #RemoteWork #EmployeeEngagement

Consistent effort is key for results in any area of life. But it’s difficult to be great in any area of life without good health, that’s why for many years I’ve focused on my physical and mental health by consistently going to the gym. Not every workout has to be high intensity, but doing something every day (with appropriate recovery) continues to make me better in other areas of life. Doing some form of workout everyday is a privilege NOT a chore. #gym #dedication #health

I think vendors miss this point. This is why it’s critical to invest in partnerships with experienced partners who can provide real guidance to vendors. #PublicCloud #PrivateCloud #CIO
“None of our customers are asking us about repatriation.” You’re a public cloud provider. Why would your customers ask you about moving off your service?
