It's a stimulus bill & it was written w/ the intent to help EVERY American making less than 75000 per year regardless of what benefits you're receiving, the working & homeless are eligible also. It's called a stimulus bill, bc it's supposed to help stimulate the economy.

It's true, people in my region of Texas have called the Coronavirus hotline with symptoms to try to get qualified for a test and they are limited to seniors, frontline workers, and underlying conditions with symptoms. Everyone else with the symptoms can't get a test.
