@jimmy241101 @angeladuckw There seems to be plenty of Evidence out there that increased physical fitness / health, and increased confidence or perceptions of confidence correlate to higher levels of life satisfaction.

@MrCampbell_PE @angeladuckw 😂I know!! I think the point she was making was it's link to a person's resilience/tolerance to uncomfortable situations and how that stands them in good stead for future challenges that crop up in life

@MrCampbell_PE Also reminds me of something I read in Grit by @angeladuckw ...similar findings of pupils who scored higher at the bleep test (or maybe simply tried harder at the bleep test - I forget) ... linked to greater life satisfaction when tracked x many years later... fascinating #PE
