We are already sacrificing downtown again to save suburbia. You can live downtown. Experience a 15 minute city for everything besides your job. Located outside the perimeter. State governments by design are bipartisan made up to support the suburbs at all cost.

@coryfromphilly Nope. The Statehouse will quietly drop ballots and other emergency grant programs that hit the exburb harder. The Taxpayers wants cities to survive on their own. Like it was a state. Its not practical but here we are.

The idea of a “tiny home” appeals to the multi generational fly-over-country suburbanites that never seen a home less that 2500 sq ft… unless it was in the ghetto. These tiny home districts will become future slums I’ll have egg on my face defending.
