Literally my pet peeve. I try to complete all my phlebotomy tasks before I ask for assistance. Healthcare is like a boat, if Doctors are sinking, then we all go down together. We should share the workload. Even if I don’t manage a double figure hourly rate.😊 x

Yes, almost always. Usually in the toilet when gathering myself I shed a tear. The one time I couldn’t hold composure was when a patient died in my arms. The family wasn’t comfortable to hold her, and requested I did. It was the most honourable moments of my career.

I complained back in 2021 regarding a holiday to Barbados with TUI. I am yet to hear anything back. Not only did we have a MAYDAY on the flight there, but the hotel was not as advertised. Hotel was also being used as a covid hotel for positive cases.
