Following my post about coming to Malta 🇲🇹 to revise for my GP exam, I thought I'd share an update for those curious about its productivity. In addition to revision, I used 1 day to work on a commentary for @MedEd_Journal with @Cait_Dennis, submitted Tue. We received this today!

@iDrSunny @LittlePersonDoc @rcgp Should it matter what part of the country it is? I might worry more in the opposite where patients are sometimes less empowered to advocate for themselves/family when they see something wrong.

@mstotty88 In my region we are not allowed to start them. I can refer to weight loss services to consider them now, but in my old place that wasn't an option either. Such a postcode lottery!

I went out to see an elderly patient with knee pain. She asked if I was there to sort out her "kneemonia". When I laughed, she said, "at least it's not dicktheria, I've not had that in 20 years". 😅 I love home visits. #teamGP
