Little update. The first goal is to achieve my maths equivalent grade C or above so I have applied to a local college to get cracking on that. It’s a free course and with focus and determination it should be just what I need to be able to be accepted into university when I pass

a lot but to me it all makes sense. My grief made me realise, tell and show people what they mean to me also I don’t want people to wait until I die to show me they care, do it while I’m alive! What ifs and regrets are awful!

People on here have inspired me to show how I was a couple of years ago being a size 18-20 then with lots of determination to become healthier and lose weight. I’ve gone from that to this a size 10 and I’ve kept it off for 1 year. If you’re trying to lose weight don’t give up ❤️

Todays adventure took me to High Force Waterfall. This is the view standing on the top of it. There was a time when I couldn’t stand up there without shaking and my legs would turn to jelly. I’ve overcome that now. What a view 📸😀

Cresswell beach is where I ended up. It was lovely. Definitely a peaceful morning, I was the only person there. I felt like a kid again hopping over the rocks looking into the little rock pools. I brought another shell home with me too only this one is not spelt the same 🐚 😉😎

In a busy shop earlier, a lady with poor mobility dropped her shopping and couldn’t pick it up yet nobody went to help her (I did!) Do we really live in a world where we would just rather watch someone struggle than to even offer a helping hand? So sad 😢

I love my home and how far I’ve come in the last almost 3 years. I left an awful relationship and I moved here with nothing but 6 bin bags of clothes for me and my kids. It’s been tough but I now know what it feels like to finally feel happier and safe at home ❤️

I have officially received my certificate for my Level 3 diploma in Adult care. I passed a few months ago but it’s lovely to officially have proof that I have achieved my qualification. I was inspired by one of the best nurses I have ever met. They know who they are 🤗

Today my neighbour said to me they no longer wanted their jukebox because it doesn’t get used they wanted it to go to a good home. I now have a jukebox and it plays records too. That was very kind of my neighbour to offer it to me. I love it 🎶😃🤗
