Studies suggest the optimal bedroom temperature for sleeping is between 60-70°F (15-21°C) for most individuals, with sleep efficiency decreasing as the temperature deviates from this range (Raj et al., 2020). Another study (Pan et al., 2012) suggested 68°F (20°C) as the most comfortable for sleep onset, while 73.4°F (23°C) may promote better sleep depth . Which is interesting and challenging to achieve, however, a mattress cooling system like the @eightsleep can auto adjust throughout the night and help achieve this outcome for you. @drgurner @bryan_johnson I do as well, we have them in every bedroom for my family. I find I get less allergy and it improves my sleep as a result. I use a Winix Zero+ Pro 5-stage Air Purifier. They tend to perform well in a lot of tests.

@wilreynolds oh dang! i literally have been thinking about running a marathon, which is a crazy idea as I'm a cold start on this goal. Is it this one? I might not have enough time to prepare for a full marathon, but half marathon surely doable!
