Uh… no. If anything it’s the exact opposite. And not for the reasons you think. In US they’re pressed for time, and don’t have time for the long monologue. In India they’re maximizing billing hours, booking 1 hour meetings to cover stuff that could be done in 15 minutes.

I’ve noticed the more stuff I have the more unmanageable my life is. More to maintain, more occupy my attention, more stuff to create stress. I’ve shifted to spending money on experiences. Partially it’s a function of my kids getting older, but it’s a relief to be rid of stuff.

These monolithic automated ISO standards ARE the risk to modern computing. When corporations drive a centralized standard it makes for an enormous attack vector. We're much better off with more atomized security end points, and less visible single vectors of attack.

Everything will go sideways until the real crash occurs and Buffett starts unloading his cash to buy assets. Bitcoin hasn’t shown its capacity to act as a flight quality during crashes yet. Until that happens, I don’t think you’ll see the inflows.

I don’t think bitcoin has proven yet to be a flight quality asset when everything crashes. Right now some very big pockets are sitting in cash waiting for a giant market crash, so there’s an assumption that bitcoin will be included in the crash.
