@TabbyTeamster Nine Years War is a great example. Almost every major clan was effected by dynastic disputes. O’Donnells, Maguires, MacCarthys, O’Sullivans, O’Rourkes, O’Briens, O’Connors (take your pick) etc etc. I feel sadly that system unintentionally destroyed the Gaelic order as it was.

@Kenedhloger An embarrassment to Irish nationalists. Lad ordered a hat and trench coat off temu and acts like he was in the Rising. Disgraced the monument in Béal na Bláth with his little presence.

@hamilton34402 @LyteDork @elonmusk The days of spear versus rifle are gone. Pretending it’s still 1879 won’t change it either.

Mairidh teine i dteallach Ghaoidheal; a goil fá chách cuirfidh sí; ceiltear lé lasar gach teineadh; lasadh is é is deireadh dí. Fire still burns in the hearth of the Gael; it will emit its heat to all; it outshines the flame of all other fires; its ultimate state is to burn.

@logdrivernation @Kenedhloger Both also guilty from misrepresenting our heroes, ignoring the real idealogies of our Republican leaders in favour of putting their own twist on them.
