Thank you for all you do
Since around 4am this morning, our control room have taken 146 calls to flood incidents. This included 14 calls to incidents of stranded drivers in flood water and 53 calls to flooding inside properties. Our crews have been supporting communities across the county… 1/2

Had mine
As NHS hospitals experience a “tidal wave” of flu cases, it is amazing news that vaccine bookings surged by 124% yesterday with 21,144 booked in just one day. I’m eligible and have had my vaccines - and it’s not too late to book if you haven’t already. ⬇️

Agree it would be lazy to just publish data - we all know gender & ethnic pay gaps exists- what we need to see are actions that will reduce the gap and time it will take to even out

As a founder of @ApnaNhs & @AsianFSA I am proud that both have established a reputation for valuing diversity of faith thought and being inclusive - We will stand up and be counted when ever required but prefer a partnership approach
@ronkelawal And yet groups like @AsianFSA & @SBSisters @ApnaNhs have within their DNA & history created impactful space to challenge anti-Blackness. Often (though not exclusively) drawing on Sikh egalitarianism -YET other leaders in #NHS have clearly set out to maintain the #Master’sHouse
