@peterrhague Very religious sheltered kids can have the same experience in college, where they find communists aren't obvious daemons and have actual arguments, and are unprepared for that. And swing all the way from hardcore religious to hardcore atheist, rather than just moderating.

@LanceVader @GreeneMan6 I live in Appalachia because I don't want to live under the economic rules of Cali or New York. I generally don't want to be playing the same games as them. We also do this in many other areas. Boys/girls sports, big/small companies, exc. Different should be treated differently.

Can the US buy oil elsewhere? if the US can meet its needs at $50 without Canada, Canada can't sell above that, even if they have to eat a 10% tax to the Fed.
