@AlphaBetaEd1 @rarepsi It gets based on age, too. It’s always been the case that the people least likely to die soon are the ones who get the organs. Given how intense the procedure is on the immune system, vaccination to common sicknesses is a huge help

@JamesDeroest @rarepsi The organ recipients at the top of the list are healthy humans (since the procedure is very intense for the immune system), whereas donated organs need only healthy tissue. Both of these are because organs are in such high demand. It’s a very different standard that’s required
