@kiaradidwhat is there a HUGE chance skenes get passed around in a similar fashion? of course. but both teams who traded for soto ultimately lost by not keeping him. i don’t want that to be us.

@kiaradidwhat my prediction is that excluding players who are absolutely in love with their team/org (i’m sure skenes isn’t), extensions are about to be extremely out of vogue. people saw what soto got when he declined several extensions and waited to hit free agency. skenes will want that too
