TBH seeing these post makes me a little happy because we deal with this shit from google ads especially merchant feed where products are disapproved and takes days to solve the issue. In the meantime I lose revenue and can't do anything about it.
Amazon is making it almost impossible to succeed for its merchants. - Rising Fees - Zero enforcement against resellers, counterfeiters, and just straight up fake product - Terribly impersonal support Latest example: about half of our ASINs were "restricted" on Friday with no prior warning due to some dietary supplements compliance thing. Ridiculous thing is that it impacts only some variants on a particular listing and not others (ie Orange is restricted, whereas Sour Green Apple is not...makes no sense.) All we have to do is upload documents (that we've previously uploaded for Amazon) for reinstatement. Issue is that this can take like 5-7 days for them to review and process. And there's no timeline guarenteed. The whole restriction (which is basically an automated Amazon process from what I can tell) will cost my business like $250-$300K of revenue. There's no recourse for getting this lost revenue back. There's no one available to talk to that can actually make decisions. Seller Support isnt even taking weekend calls. Just basically have to white knuckle our way through it. Anyone at Amazon that can help resolve this issue on aa Saturday morning?
