@SMatthewsfarms Oh we are. All we get over here is mallards and pintails. Very few gadwalls. No spoonies, no teal, no random species. And really we don’t get ducks until January. That’s why I’m in a duck club.

@corn_porkNbeans @JordanSchu76936 “Here” in Arkansas We apply 1lb sulfur per 7 bushels of Yield goal. If you skip it you’ll usually be able to find and see sulfur deficiency present itself on the leaf.

@DaveDejmal We planted 12 and picked 8 for a long time. Worked really well with SFRTK I couldn’t find my wide middles like SF1. Going to 12 on 12 just because I got a larger combine.

@catdadd76769738 @whithaigwood I’ll tell you why we’ll have them. As one banker said, “even at lower prices, rice is really about the only thing that works decently right now on normal rent splits.” So there will probably be rice as far as you can see.

@OrinRomine Got an 8230 like that. Just feel like it runs out smoother than the 270R. Also just the way those cabs are a little bit louder I feel like I can hear it better while running it. There’s a such thing as “too quiet”

@jasonmauck1 @thefarmerslife Pay. Even if you found the labor I can find a used tractor that will replace 4-5 of those 4020’s for a payment less than half the cost of a good hand. We run 2 well maintained 10&16 y/o tractors across about 2500ac in spring.
