Things I've noticed that improves aim:
-Min. 6 hours sleep (duh)
-Staying hydrated (aim for 3L a day)
-Healthy psychical body
-Trim your fingernails (helps mousegrip)
-A good mental state (some of the above can help with that)
-Good movement (a must for consistent aim ingame)
