Happened to my Uncles family run business in the early 2000s. They just want control for nothing and the majority of them crying about it all weren’t put through what was going on during the apartheid era. The majority of it is now coming from youngsters who don’t want to get the skills to do great work, which will help change it all. It’s sad.
