@barry_stewart @Smicht Yeah it's a bit of a nightmare. I've spent several months there over the last few years and I still struggle to get it right all the time. The tipping culture is wild and not consistent. Common sense will get you far enough though.

@Smicht You open a tab and they take the card behind the bar. When it comes to paying up I think $1 per drink (more for cocktail) is fine with some extra if they gave you an 'on the house' drink. Obviously if its table service or food involved then it's usual tipping rules.

I wish Liz Truss and her family well. She has made a tough choice but it is the right decision. We must now move forward quickly and the new Leader and Prime Minister will have to restore stability for the good of the country.
