@LogisticThinker @MsPolleeTickle Sadly no. Employer NIC is paid by the MOD on its workforce baseline, and cost plus contracts like LCST also pass through that increase to MOD. Once you factor the 90% CEA contribution on the 20% tax on school fees the £2.9Bn doesn’t get you much beyond treading water.
