It’s been 2 years since Framer became a web builder so i will finally admit that Origami actually rocks sorry.
@bengold The real answer is code, but Origami is probably the next best thing. Play if you’re specifically targeting iOS prototyping.

Next step of what @blixt, @vovacodes and I have been working on. When you paste a component – you're pasting a compiled react component, imported with an es modules url import. This begins a network of components that are built to be instantly shared & used via web standards.
Copy, paste, and unlinking are here for Smart Components. Use the same component across projects and utilize their interactions and properties to work for any situation—just like your production components. Read more about this update —

i used to think no-code would steer you into creating stuff that all looks the same or be way too hard to use . but holyy, I think we’re pretty clearly disproving this.

@AREdotNA would be nice to have a /me endpoint for the rest api, or public usage for the graphQL api. currently had to reverse engineer the authenticated /me graphQL request to get user id / so i can fetch personal list of channels.

great to see recent libraries like @observablehq's plot or @gordonnl's OGL put esm url workflows up front in their readme. once you've tried out a lib via a url its hard to imagine ever wanting to `npm install` ever again

i love looking at stuff our team is doing and thinking. how in the world is that even possible?? they did that?? . happens a lot here recently. v v nice work Tom & the rest of the team on this.
Working on this was a super fun challenge!. The whole thing works without a backend - we built a custom db where data/indexes are just static files on S3. Queries dynamically load data from these files as needed via range requests, so we only load the bare minimum of data needed.

the idea im most excited about is how we solved sharing. every code file you create can instantly be imported into any other code file, inside or outside of @framer . with the copy import button in the toolbar, you're copying a sharable an esm import statement that works anywhere

you can see the amount of care put into this one 🔬 super useful for quickly bootstrapping stuff.
Published a handy little component to the @framer store. - Add swipe actions underneath any Frame you attach it to. - Handles dragging/snapping math. - Customise sizing, shape, animations, icons, colours, etc. Enjoy🤘.
