@JDHL18 I never use folders for email, but on Dropbox I have high-level folders for Faculty, University, Lab, Talks, Grants, Funding Bodies, Societies, Manuscripts, Companies, Journals, Teaching (mine) and Individuals. Faculty is sub-divided into strategic areas.
