Daylight benefits mental health (UK study). Australia has highest rate of skin cancer globally. Over exposure to UV is the main cause, so reporting of sunlight's health benefits should be balanced with promoting sun-safe behaviours. @cancercultureau

Reading other people’s family history tends to make one’s eyes glaze over. But at their best their latent power is in their provocation. Great to be part of special issue #familyhistory @Genealogy_MDPI co-edited @CathyColeborne & Giselle Byrnes #colonialism #india @ArtsUnimelb

“Cancer Culture” project funded by ARC to explore historical nexus between science, advocacy, policy and behavioural change. Can’t wait to work with our fantastic team: Tom Kehoe (Cancer Council Victoria); Carolyn Holbrook & Richie Barker (Deakin), Andrekos Varnava (Flinders).
