@andree_frieze @Gareth_Roberts_ @LBRUT @AforChildren @brownejacobson It's time to resolve the issue! Let's hear what you have to say. ππΌ
Now, that burden is lifted off victims and placed on defendants, who must show a fair trial cannot proceed if they intend to block one. This will enable cases to be heard more easily, and protect victims from reliving their trauma.

@andree_frieze @thameswater @Ofwat @UKLabour I won't be denied justice from @LBRUT due to ignorance or cover up. The redaction in these say more about the council than it doesn't.

We've seen Saville,Epstein, Maxwell,Harris, you understand my point. You've seen how these individuals operated and the level of unknown and avoidance. Don't think for a single second organisation's don't or haven't done the same and still do. @LBRUT has been and still is one of those organisations that appears to play innocent but in reality it's covering up by avoidance underhand secrecy it is not transparent or open. Getting to the truth has been difficult but not impossible many journalists good journalists have gone up close. But the real truth of this council needs to be laid bare. The truth is coming it cannot be avoided it stands up it always will.

What a shame your not marching for the sexual abuse survivors of the children's homes run by @LBRUT in the 70s and 80s. Your council has failed all of them. Hiding behind solicitors and legal loop holes. The 3 year bar has been abolished on civil cases let's hope we see multiple survivors now coming forwards for justice. Something your council has denied so many for so long.

@davidhencke @BylineTimes @HMRCgovuk It is a shocking situation when I see the government clamping down on disabled benefits. It's high time these loop holes were closed. Thank you for bringing it to the surface. ππΌ

@ohdearyme Most NDAs are not worth the paper they are written on. If anything it plays in your favour as it's clear they have something to hide. Get free legal advice. ππΌπͺβπΌ

It was used as a defence to stop survivors bringing a civil case against organisations like councils. If you had not come forwards with a case 3 yrs after your 18th birthday you were out of luck. A time bar. It now no longer exists which means you can now bring a case now even if it was 40 years ago with out this hurdle.

If your were affected by sexual child abuse in any @LBRUT Premises during the 70s 80s or 90s. Now is the time to realise the siiginicant loophole used to prevent you getting justice and redress has been lifted. Now is the time to come forward.

If anyone out there has been affected by sexual child abuse within a children's home @LBRUT ran in the 70s and 80s please be aware that the 3 yr bar has been lifted. Your time to step forwards is now. Let's not let this council get away with cover ups and denial.
