Timing is a big part of it. When she's on a "panel show" you can literally see the other comedians having to wait til she's finished before being able to jump in, it destroys a lot of the comedy rhythm and back and forth those shows rely on.

I'm a postman...every winter there's at least 2 or 3 of the older folk on my round sadly passing away, you kinda expect it. This year, it's been over a dozen, it's actually been noticeable. Can't say for sure there's a connection, but it's certainly unusual.
