When someone asks for a description of Uganda

@TonyNatif HIV services have been fully funded/run (staff, logistics,drugs, etc) by development partners. They have existed as separate units within the govt health facilities. This is an attempt to close stand-alone clinics and merge the HIV care into general hospital services.

This is not the time to peddle such ideas . Let's start around the 15th of Feb ...
