Mitochondrial Health, Circadian Biology - ☀️ Light💧Water 🧲 Magnetism - Fixing my sleep apnea/prostate/afib/eye irritation/hormones with circadian principles
Joined August 2023
TL;DR - Circadian Biology in under 100 words: The established view is that all of our energy comes from biochemistry (=food) ❌ That is wrong Gilbert Ling showed in 1952 (since confirmed) that our energy output, based on food input, breaks the 2nd law of thermodynamics by 500x So where do we get the rest of our energy? ☀️ LIGHT + 💦 WATER + 🧲 MAGNETISM It turns out: Maintaining the electrical charge potential across our membranes (=redox), by collecting electrons from our environment, is A LOT more important for our health than calories, macros or physical exercise

Only because we ourselves came up with engineering ideas, governed by the same physics, that look similar, but absolutely pale in comparison? Thats a pretty dumb basis to dismiss evolution
The human body is so perfect, so intricate and powerful, there’s no way it’s the result of random evolution. Every detail, every function is too precise, too masterfully designed. Only God could create something so extraordinary. ❤️ 🙏

Living in a Microwave Oven 101
I got this Deco WiFi mesh set up for the house It works for a few days then randomly shit just starts cutting out and goes down Is it a shit product? Or what do I do? 3 concrete floors and need WiFi everywhere, I guess wiring the mesh extenders w/ LAN is the only way? Now they extend the mesh WiFi signal through the house by extender to extender

Nocturnal rats are a horribly bad example here for two big reasons (and many others) 1. There are no (=zero) studies that show any of these issues in healthy adult humans in a compound that is extensively researched in humans since 1913 (outside of ice bear liver craziness, but you can also die from drinking too much water). Big mammals are not small mammals (h/t Grim). Dogs (=also mammal) fully are unable to metabolize cocoa, while humans have zero problems with it. 2. Nocturnal rats are (a lot) less sensitive to blue light than diurnal monkeys. Blue light frees Vitamin A from the photoreceptor, making it toxic. Anti VitA guys not talking about blue light like 24/7 (because thats where the actual issue with VitA is), shows complete lack of understanding of VitA's role in the visual function

Vitamin A is a fundamental part of a photoreceptor Worse night vision is a first sign of macular degeneration This can be a Vitamin A issue because youre lacking the building blocks to regenerate the photoreceptor itself (=all the opsins, on a molecular level) The most plausible explanation for all of you gentlemen not being blind yet, is that VitA stores are much higher than the current consensus thinks it is (=3-4 months of storage), because of how essential it is in the body (and you eating beef all the time that has high quality trace VitA probably also helps)

Roman emperors were pretty notorious for having SEVERE Finasteride deficiency This is well documented in the historical literature
Why Roman emperors lost their hair: - 5G & EMF Radiation - Watching pron on the internet - Blue light from computer - Using shampoo - Vaccines - Plastic & estrogen in the water - Processed foods - Seed oils - Not enough sunlight

That is legit af for a 46 year old
For reference, my testosterone was most recently 814 ng/dl, LH 7.33 mIU/mL, FSH 4.27 mIU/ml, hCG undetectable. I do not use any androgen enhancement and never have. I also eat around 3500 calories per day, without TRF, including 1.5 lbs of grass fed red meat, 1/2 oz liver, raw milk, organic fruit/squash, and local organic honey. I also spend time in the sun daily while I am surfing and hanging out with friends.
