@fletchwine @jamiegoode @RiojaWine That is one of the more bizarre grape berry phenomena. Surface wetness can dilute across the cuticle but you can irrigate until water pours out the leaves without dilution. Berry hydraulics is just super complicated. Who knew? 🤷♂️👍 #viticulture #wine
